In episode one of Tour de Fitness, we focus on getting the basics dialled in. Before we even start on how to get fit, you may find it useful to set some clear goals. Write them down and remind yourself daily of what you are working towards. People who outline goals are proven to be more likely to achieve their objectives! Create goals that adhere to the following principles: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound - SMART. Don’t get ahead of yourself. Trust your plan, work the plan, be flexible when handling variables and you’ll get there.
