Whilst we could jump straight into a new training program, I think it would be a good idea to test our current fitness first!

Each week there are some key sessions we feel you could include to really take your cycling up a level.

Cycling performance is predominantly decided by the ability of the individual to complete an exercise aerobically, therefore we want to target specific intensities and durations that will help us improve this system.

I want to start by introducing you to a few favourite sessions, along with their durations and frequency within a program.

All sessions should have a minimum of 15 minutes progressive warm up, and 10 -15 minutes cool down.
