テンポ走ペースをメインとした40分間のヒルクライムトレーニングセッションの動画です。テンポ走の間に高強度のインターバルを挟む構成で、ヒルクライム及び平坦路での走行速度向上が期待できます。画面上の指標は10段階のEFFORT LEVEL (努力レベル)、ケイデンス(RPM)で、画面上に表示されます。

This cycling training session is perfect for a spin bike, turbo trainer or other indoor bicycle. The workout is structured around three 7 minute tempo efforts which include high intensity bursts. Use this session if you want to get fast on climbs and flat roads too!
