This spin class is ideal if you want to lose weight and get fit and have time to train before work or during your lunch break. Designed to replicate the feeling of a hill interval training session, this workout gradually ramps up to provide as much resistance as possible in the last few minutes. We can vouch for this spin class too – we use it regularly!
